I majored in computer science. Like most developers, you learn the basics in school, but it's up to you to decide what you really want to learn and focus on.
I chose CS because I wanted to learn how to make video games since I was kid. It wasn't what I expected, so I started experimenting with making small games by myself.
One thing led to the other and I ended up working as a front-end developer. I haven't given up on game development, but it's now a long-term passion project.
Alongside my interests in programming and software engineering I also like playing guitar and bass, and I'm an amateur luthier.

I was part of a team designing, developing, and maintaining a ticketing system for a healthcare non-profit organization from Virginia, USA. I designed and developed mobile and web applications related to IoT and data analysis for internal use.
